What is important for you?

Let me share a coaching tip with you today: the first thing I do with my clients is help them clarify what their values are.

Before coming to that session, they have a vague idea of what they’ll say and they often underestimate the importance and the impact this step can have in their life.

But what often happens during that session is that they finally see where their discontent comes from:

A deep misalignment between their values and the life they are living.

Together, we go deeper than they’ve ever been into what they TRULY want from this life. We list everything that matters to them.

We point out what is missing to fulfil them and most times, this session brings incredible insights.

Here are some:

  1. You know who you are and what you want, more than you think you do
  2. All the answers to your problems are within you
  3. It’s not that hard to create a concrete plan to reach your goals

All you need is someone who can hold space for you and ask the right questions. That’s my role as a coach and I freaking love it!

If you want to try this exercise on your own , go ahead. You will learn something about yourself for sure and I’d love to hear your discoveries.

I pray you have a peaceful week ahead,

PS: you can also make it easier for yourself and work with me! Is that something you’re interested in? Let me know by commenting to this blog and we can have a chat about how to get you where you want to be inchaAllah.
